So Long to Cub Scouts . . . At Least For Now!

Between our two oldest boys, we have been attending Cub Scout den and pack meetings and camps for the past five years.  We love the program!  Chase and Avery have had so much fun and learned so much through the Cub Scouts, but our time with them has come to an end.  That is, it has come to an end for us until our next little Cub joins the pack in five years from now!

The last two pack meetings we attended in February were for Avery's last Blue and Gold Banquet and for his Arrow of Light Ceremony.  Both events were great fun and a fantastic way to wrap up his Webelos year.  We're proud of what he accomplished, and excited for Avery to move on to the Boy Scouts.  Here are a few pictures of the great meetings we enjoyed in February and March!

The Blue and Gold Banquet had a Medieval theme, and the boys receiving awards got to do some "jousting" on a funny little horse.  What a great idea for these little guys!  They loved it!
